If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

Time frame to return

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund.

Refund

Once we receive your item, we will initiate a refund for the amount you paid for the item, minus shipping, to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

To be eligible for a return

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
All apparel must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, and fragrance free.  

Please also include your packing slip. 

How to start a return

We suggest that you use tracking for any return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Final Sale items are non-refundable. Final Sale items will be clearly marked in red for easy viewing.
